White Bean Soup: Creamy white beans, fragrant herbs!
Greek Salad: Peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and onion, zesty olives
Appetizer:
Spinach Spanakopita: Flaky, golden phyllo pastry, cheesy spinach filling, sweet-tart balsamic glaze.
Entrees:
Spring Beef Steak Stew:Tender beef, butternut and acorn squash compote.
Rainbow Tortellini: Tortellini, peppered lemon basil olive oil reduction.
Dessert: Mascarpone
