The Thetis Island Community Association (TICA) is the charitable organization that owns and operates Forbes Hall Community Centre, thereby contributing to the well-being of all Thetis Islanders by establishing, maintaining and making available these facilities for their use and enjoyment.
TICA’s Annual General Meeting includes annual reports from the various committees, the annual financial statement, and the election of board members.
