About the presenter: Matthew Kyriakides is a gardener who is passionate about soil health. He worked on farms across the west coast and holds a MSc in soil quality from Wageningen University and Research in the Netherlands. He also provides consultancy through Homewood Consulting to assist farmers and other land workers with ecosystem restoration.
